“Voice of A Generation” is the title track from the 1982 release of the album by the same name from BLITZ, a street punk/oi band that gained a following in the early 1980′ in the UK and quickly spilled into the street scenes of NYC and other notable Northeast cities.  They were my introduction to the aggressive change taking place across the pond,  but it would still be another ten years before I went there to see it for myself.
